The GeForce RTX 3070 is a high-end 1440p gaming graphics card developed by NVIDIA. The card was officially launched in September 2020, and like all the other cards based on NVIDIA’s Ampere architecture, it was built on Samsung’s 8 nm manufacturing process. The GeForce RTX 3070 features the GA104 graphics chip, with a die size of 392 mm², and 17,400 million transistors. The GPU’s base clock speed is 1,500 MHz, while the boost clock goes up to 1,725 MHz. The card also supports a variety of the latest computer graphics technologies such as DirectX 12 Ultimate and Vulkan APIs, OpenGL 4.6, OpenCL 2.0, NVIDIA G-Sync, NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA GeForce Experience and NVIDIA GPU Boost. Performance-wise, the GeForce RTX 3070 is able to offer uncompromising performance in 1440p gaming. On average, the new RTX 3070 is about 1% faster than the previous-generation GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, and is almost 50% cheaper. It is also around 28% faster than its predecessor, the GeForce RTX 2070. But besides looking awesome, this card can also boast with an outstanding cooling performance, and fantastic acoustics.

The AORUS RTX 3070 MASTER 8G features 7.0% faster boost clock speed than the reference RTX 3070, and it comes with three DisplayPort connectors, one HDMI 2.0, and two HDMI 2.1 ports.
